Last Thursday eve I attended the Grazia Magazine & Topshop Celebrates Woman’s Day Event. It was a fabulous night in the hippest store filled with uber fashionable people, delicious food, a guaranteed 15% discount in hand for all shopaholics alike & not overlooking the charming Grazia South Africa Magazine team discussing Spring Trends.

Besides all that the enthralling distractions the fashion conversation held concerning this coming Spring season’s key fashion trends was pretty helpful...

 – so I thought I’d share the 411.

#SpringTrends2013:

 All White : This trend is uber-chic, screams confidence and is a breath of fresh spring air.

Tip: Play with textures and fits to feel comfortable & to get the full effect!

Printed Pants : Major Winter trend that will carry through into Spring/Summer #Love

Tip: Pair your pants with  Leather Jacket+ClassicWhite-Tee OR Classic Stripe-Tee OR Blazer OR Denim Shirt

The Boyfriend Jean & Cropped Tee: You dont have to wear the two together but for those that have the balls...Why Not ? These two items are a must have for Spring.

Tip: Make each piece work for your specific body type ie: not keen on showing your belly pair the Tee with a highwaisted skirt/pants.

 Monochrome : Its been a hype for Winter and its moving into Spring - The days of being compared to a waiter in classic black & white are now over.

Tip: Try pairing Graphic B&W with either solid Black OR White

 The Dungaree : Demin OR Leather - Worn casual or chic this trend is impossible to ignore. I absolutely love the playfulness that this key item brings.

Tip: Pair with heels and shirt for drama OR add a cropped-Tee and pumps or chucks for a laidback look

 Tuxedo : Smart, Stylish & Sassy
Tip: Wear pieces all together for the dramatic look or pair a sinlge piece ie: pants or jacket with a more relaxed item to sport the trend wuth an effortless feel.

The Kimono : Perfect throw for Spring

Tip: Pair this item with a denims/bodycon dresses/denim shorts.
